Pass-or-Refund Guarantee

Study our materials. Take the NY Notary Public exam within 60 days of purchase. If you do not pass — we refund 100% of what you paid. Send proof of your result. We respond within 24 hours.

How the guarantee works

II.Study the materials (we recommend at least 8–10 hours)
III.Schedule and take the official NY Notary Public examination within 60 days of your purchase

V.We refund 100% within 3–5 business days to your original payment method

What we need from you

✦Photo or PDF of your official NY DOS examination result notice
✦Date you took the examination (must be within 60 days of purchase)

Other refund situations

Change of mind (within 24 hours)

If you reconsider within 24 hours of purchase and have not downloaded materials, write us for a full refund.

Technical access issues

If you cannot access purchased materials and we cannot resolve it, you receive a full refund.

Duplicate purchase

Accidental duplicate purchases are refunded immediately.

When refunds are not available

·If you did not take the exam within 60 days (guarantee expired)
·If you did not actually take the exam (proof required)
·If you shared, resold, or distributed our materials
·If materials were heavily downloaded and request is more than 24 hours after purchase (except for the pass-or-refund guarantee)

Processing time

Approved refunds process within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 days to post the credit. Round-trip is usually within two weeks.
